Torch-Cleaning-Stations

for single-wire torches

To clean a single-wire robot torch, various products are combined to form a complete unit, which usually consists of the selected torch cleaning station, a wire cutter and a matching stand. Additionally, a welding gas checker ensures that the set protective gas quantity is maintained.

The reamer tool to be used must be dimensioned according to the robot torch and is selected from the standard reamer list under “additional products BRG, single-wire”. If the inside of the torch is designed with steps and is to be cleaned also above the tip assembly/gas distributor, a special stepped reamer tool must be used.
